Conditions of Payment:

Prices listed in the catalogue are net prices in EUR, in particular without legal Value-Added Tax *). For handling, packaging
and transport additional costs will be added. 50% of the total price must be paid in advance, the remaining sum at the time the goods are received

*) Listed prices are prices without VAT (MwSt.), export prices for non EU countries or for companies in the EU with a VAT ID No., otherwise we must add the 19% VAT (MwSt.) to the price.

For large quantitiy orders on a regular basis, it is possible to obtain exlusive distributionship for an area or a country
Warranty:

All lighting euipment is sold on standard warranty of 2 years, exluding transport faults, or incorrect application with wrong
voltages or against recommendations. Light bulbs and illuminants are not covered by this warranty.
Place of Performance, Juridical Venue, General Clauses:

Place of performance is Passau, Germany. In cases of dispute based on the business relations Passau, Germany is agreed to be the juridical venue in the commercial connections with merchants. In cases of dispute German law shall be valid.

Data of clients stored in our computer will be used exclusively for our own purposes.
